Thank you for visiting. I am a painter from Nags Head, NC, and took up roots in Brooklyn, NY after graduating from Parsons School of Design for Fine Arts in 2009. I am also a performing musician and contributed vocals to The Men's album 'Open Your Heart'.
My paintings are surreal, montaged landscapes from my explorations of the mountains, desert, and sea side, with references from old postcards, calendars, photography books, etc.
With childhood nostalgia, a longing to be surrounded by nature, and the desire to master my craft, my work transcends the value of Americana kitsch.
